After going to arliss the previous year, I was determined to do better. This year I wanted a fast robot.
We decided to go with another transformable wheel design based on a wheel that was given to my advisor at a previous arliss. The wheel was created by a South Korean team out of thick foam and pieces of tape measure. The idea was instead of transforming only when necessary like the previous design, the wheels would expand after landing.
